What You'll Do:

• Partner with leadership to analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.
  
• Build financial models, forecasts, and dashboards to support strategic initiatives.
  
• Track operational metrics and identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  
• Recommend process improvements and create tools and reports that enhance financial visibility.
  
• Support senior management with ad hoc analysis and projects that shape company strategy.
  
• Collaborate across teams in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  
• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related fields (FP&A experience is a plus).
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Dynamics, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus.
  
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and work independently in a collaborative environment.
