FP&A Manager - Hybrid / Needham, MA
Our client, a leading consumer products organization, is seeking an FP&A Manager to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis activities. This role partners with cross-functional teams to deliver insights, monitor performance, and support strategic decision-making within a fast-paced business environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes.
• Analyze business performance and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare financial models and performance reports for leadership.
• Support pricing, promotional, and product-related financial analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide actionable business insights.
• Maintain and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and planning processes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of FP&A experience.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with planning and business intelligence tools such as Adaptive Insights, Power BI, or similar platforms.
