Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive software quality assurance strategies and ensure software solutions meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain automated and manual test scripts for robust product testing.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to resolve software defects efficiently.
• Contribute to building and maintaining a CI/CD pipeline to optimize test script execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to validate end-to-end service flows.

Skills

• Minimum of 10 years in software quality assurance with strong experience in test automation tools like Cypress and Selenium.
• Proficiency in performance testing with tools such as jMeter and familiarity with JavaScript, Typescript, and Java.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services, particularly AWS, and UI/API automation for web applications.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills for independent work.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and agile, cloud-based project delivery.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and a strong understanding of automation best practices.
• Interpersonal skills for promoting a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
• A growth mindset with a focus on learning agility and teamwork.
