General Assembly Technician

Brownsboro, AL

$20.00 - $25.00/Hour

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented General Assembly Technician to join our team. This is a station-based assembly role, not a traditional assembly line position, allowing for more focused, hands-on work and individual responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Assemble components and products at a dedicated workstation
• Use hand and power tools to complete assemblies accurately
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Experience reading and working from blueprints required
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently in a station-based environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
