Role: Senior Principal - Global Lead of HCLS Data and AI

We combine proven Slalom approaches with evidence-based frameworks and emerging technology to accelerate time to value and deliver sustainable impact.
This role will be hired at the Senior Principal level.
What You'll Do
- Cultivate Slalom's vision, strategy, relationships, and capabilities across the HCLS Data & AI ecosystem
- Develop industry-leading intellectual capital and solution accelerators to help HCLS customers navigate the evolving industry, including trends in interoperability, regulations, patient privacy, and clinical, biology, and computational science best practices
- Partner with account and capability leaders to develop growth plans, market and capture new Data & AI business, solution with clients and account teams during pursuits, and drive accountability to achieve targets
- Educate and empower Slalom sales, go-to-market, and capability leaders to achieve business and delivery objectives
- Serve as a leader within our Global HCLS Community and steward of Slalom's core values, demonstrating a daily growth mindset and passion for people
- Collaborate with Slalom leaders, partners, and clients to create and deliver person-centered solutions that advance health equity, access, and outcomes
What You'll Bring
- A passion for building expertise in HCLS that enables you to work with our clients to solve their most critical and complex business challenges through outcomes achieved through data & AI capabilities
- An entrepreneurial mindset to drive significant growth, transformational outcomes, and innovative approaches
- Awareness of major trends and technology disruptions, with the ability to advise clients on opportunities created by those disruptions
- At least 10 years of experience working in the HCLS industry
- 10+ years' experience in HCLS consulting
- Experience working with healthcare & life sciences drug development and delivery systems, including design and discovery, clinical operations, patient care management, , and healthcare administration
- Advanced experience and leadership in:
- Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development
- Operating Model Development
- Business Case Development
- Business Process Design & Implementation
- Program Management
- Executive Stakeholder Management
- Business & Technical Transformation

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range for Senior Principal is $194,000 - $243,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.We will accept applicants until June 30, 2026 date, or until the position is filled.
