Graphic Designer

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

• Design an array of marketing collateral including, but not limited to, brochures, presentations, ads, social media campaigns, publications, tradeshow displays, posters, invitations, event materials, and other client-facing materials
  
• Create impactful PowerPoints for in-person and virtual presentations
  
• Ensure a consistent look and feel that adheres to and supports the CBIZ brand/identity
  
• Oversee projects from conception to completion, and act as liaison to external vendors to ensure timely and accurate production while minimizing costs
  
• Design visually appealing infographics for print, interactive media, and web
  
• Working collaboratively with other designers and other teams within Marketing
  
• Utilize self-serve template software to create collateral templates for non-designers
  
• Work with Managing Directors, professional staff, and the creative team by providing best practices in design standards and determining the best approach to achieve objectives
  
• Independently manage ongoing design projects while prioritizing time-sensitive requests
  
• Be up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders
  
• Be proactive and productive in a hybrid work environment
  
• BA/BS in Graphic Design/Art/Web design/Marketing or related field
  
• 3+ years of graphic design experience
  
• Present a strong creative portfolio demonstrating good use of typography, photography, white space, and color
  

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 year of relevant experience
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
• Proficient use of applicable technology
• Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
