Job Purpose
The role is part of the NAM HSE compliance team and is responsible for higher-level data analysis of accidents and incidents, formulation of statistical trends to drive focused corrective actions, providing statistical information to our external customers and to the industry as necessary, and providing monthly reports depicting internal HSE performance. The role is responsible for the management of customer qualification systems such as ISN, Avetta, and Comply works. Responsible to assist with DOT driver monitoring and auditing, as well as monitor and IVMS and driver qualification systems. The role is also responsible for the maintenance and contributions for the geographic HSE management procedures as well as global HSE procedures.

QUALITY
• Responsible for being familiar with the Company's Quality policies and takes an active role in the compliance and improvement of Weatherford's Management System

OPERATIONS
• Organize and develop reports to provide statistical analysis of HSE data captured, to recognize and report HSE data
• Organize and provide region and area-specific reporting for open and closed CPARs, corrective action closure rates, and associated KPI status and trends
• Provide area- Monthly Leading Indicators Report
• Reconciling HSSE systems and system integration of those systems
• Managing customer qualification systems such as ISN, Avetta, and Comply works.
• Adding, removing, and modifying users as personal changes are made
• Assisting with all HSSE Processes and Systems.
• Assisting with HSSE related training requests internally and externally
• Assisting with reviewing and qualifying drivers
COMMUNICATION
• Maintains effective communications with all key stakeholders both internal and where appropriate external
• Provide area- Monthly Leading Indicators Report
FINANCIAL

• Costs incurred should be within approved budget, processed within agreed time frames & following the relevant financial policy and procedure

Experience & Education
REQUIRED
• 2 + years of practical HSE experience
PREFERRED
• Practical fleet safety experience for both light and heavy-duty vehicles
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
REQUIRED
• Strong computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power BI, and PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of contractor managements systems such as ISN, Veriforce, Complyworks, etc.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements within the United States, Canada and Caribbean
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills

• Coding experience
• Systems Integration
• Understanding of regulatory requirements within the United States, Canada and Caribbean for both light and heavy-duty vehicles
Travel Requirement:
This role may require domestic and potentially international travel of up to: < 10%
