Shift: 2pm-10pm EST

Duration: 4-6 weeks

Pay Rate: 17/hr W2

We are seeking customer-focused and professional Epic Go-Live Support Representatives to provide frontline support during a healthcare system implementation. This role serves as the first point of contact for end users, assisting with issue intake, documentation, and escalation to the appropriate support teams while ensuring a positive support experience.

Required

• Previous call center, help desk, customer support, or service desk experience.
• Basic understanding of IT concepts and technology support processes.
• Ability to learn and support Epic-related workflows during a Go-Live event.
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Friendly, professional, and patient customer service approach.
