Nature of Work
The HR Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to the strategic business unit. In addition, this role administers policies and procedures relating to all phases of human resources activity for strategic business unit with a focus on onboarding, employee relations, benefit administration, training, performance management, policy implementation and enforcement, affirmative action and employment law compliance.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Identify high-potential employees and support leadership in succession planning.
- Partner with Learning & Development teams to design and implement employee growth programs.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and career development.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring fair and consistent resolution of issues.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, workplace culture, and retention.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Partner with talent acquisition teams to attract and retain top talent.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
- Guide leaders on team structuring and workforce optimization.
- Ensure alignment with HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
- Support compensation and benefits discussions in line with market benchmarks.
- Drive HR process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.

• Demonstrated ability to perform detail-oriented work with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Critical thinking skills and ability to interpret HR policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
• Ability to work effectively and proactively both in a team as well as independently.
• Solid proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Education A minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college/university or equivalent experience.
Experience 8+ years or more of related work experience preferred
