Join us as a HR Data Management Specialist and play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and seamless flow of employee data across our HR systems.
This role sits at the heart of our HR operations powering smarter decisions, smoother employee experiences, and stronger organizational outcomes.

Work Setup: Onsite 4 days a week (with a flexible Friday)

What You'll Be Doing
Data Accuracy Champion

  • Own the end-to-end entry, validation, and auditing of job and compensation data in Workday
  • Ensure every data point reflects precision, consistency, and reliability
Lifecycle Data Expert
  • Support employee journeys from onboarding to transitions-handling updates like promotions, transfers, manager changes, and exits
  • Deliver timely and flawless data processing that keeps HR operations running smoothly
Team Enabler
  • Collaborate with HR partners and team members to maintain operational balance
  • Step in to provide support wherever needed to ensure continuity and efficiency
Insight-Driven Execution
  • Apply your understanding of HR systems and data structures to anticipate impacts and maintain high-quality outputs
  • Perform light data analysis using Excel (formulas, filters, pivots) to validate and improve processes
Process Contributor
  • Help document and simplify workflows for better team knowledge sharing and efficiency
Productivity Pro
  • Manage multiple priorities with ease in a dynamic environment
  • Stay on top of tasks with timely follow-ups and a proactive mindset
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Hands-on experience with Workday (must-have)
  • A sharp eye for detail and a passion for getting things right the first time
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, filtering, pivots)
  • Ability to handle confidential data with integrity and discretion
  • Prior exposure to HRIS, data entry, or HR operations
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • A self-starter who can work independently while being a strong team player
  • A positive, adaptable, and curious mindset always eager to learn and improve

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $25.00 - $29.80 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
