Position Description

We are seeking skilled and experienced Hydrodemolition Technicians to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating hydrodemolition equipment and ensuring the successful removal of concrete surfaces and providing general labor.

  • Operate hydrodemolition equipment safely and efficiently to remove concrete surfaces.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment and perform necessary repairs to ensure optimal performance.
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
  • Document work progress and report any issues or concerns to the supervisor.
  • General labor/driver (if CDL)
  • Travel to various job sites as required.


Position Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in hydrodemolition or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of hydrodemolition techniques and equipment operation.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different job sites.
  • CDL driver is a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
