Volt is immediately hiring an Insurance Auditor in Dallas, TX.

As an Insurance Auditor you will:

• Conduct review of loan documents on all new loans, as it relates to insurance requirements.
• Audit insurance renewals, completing comparison against the Insurance Module and documents received.
• Complete insurance disbursements, as needed.
• Identify loans where expired insurance requires force placed insurance.
• Communicate with Asset Management and Servicing, as necessary.
• Keep manager updated on problems, issues, and production flow.

This is a full-time opportunity.

This position does require hybrid schedule. (3 days/week on site)

The ideal candidate will have:

• Commercial Insurance Background
• ICT, CRT (Freddie Mac) and/or MAMP (Fannie Mae) - 1 of these
• Audit policies

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Insurance license equivalent is a plus.
• Min of 5 years related commercial insurance experience and/or training.
• Experience with HUD, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, a plus.

Pay Rate: $40.00 - $42.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
