Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Clerk to support daily inventory control and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, processing incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensuring inventory accuracy throughout the organization. The ideal candidate is dependable, analytical, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Process inventory transactions, including receiving, transfers, adjustments, and shipments.
- Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits, reconciling discrepancies as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP, warehouse management, or inventory tracking systems.
- Organize and label inventory to ensure efficient storage and retrieval.
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, operations, and shipping teams regarding inventory needs and stock availability.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and damaged goods.
- Prepare inventory reports and provide updates on stock levels and inventory trends.
- Assist with order fulfillment, packing, shipping, and receiving activities as needed.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Perform other inventory and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years of inventory, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience preferred.
- Experience with inventory management software, ERP systems, or warehouse management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds as needed.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.
- Ability to work in a warehouse or stockroom environment when required.
