Position Description:

Performs duties to maintain an accurate inventory of all production ingredients as well as receiving all inbound shipments for both 3800 and 944; with a Safety-minded attitude that maintains and enhances a Safety-culture for the benefit of the Company and its employees.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments and compare items to expected receipts
• Distributes ingredients on a daily basis
• Reconciles all ingredients for both production lines
• Determine storage areas for incoming shipments and allocate appropriate space within the warehouse
• Assist in physically moving incoming items to designated storage areas
• Operate forklifts to move finished product on and off of trailers
• Record damaged or defective items and coordinate moves to "hold areas"
• Handle returns and exchanges by ensuring that reverse distribution processes are followed properly
• Maintain files of shipping and receiving records
• Trace missing or lost shipments
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Detail oriented, strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, ERP or CMMS Systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed
• Valid state driver's license
• Communicate fluently in English - verbal and written

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds daily, over 50 pounds occasionally
• Ability to withstand sitting approx 75 - 80% of the time
