IT Project Support Specialist

Tanager, Inc., is an information technology company that provides quality products and services to our customers nationwide. We currently have an opening for an IT Project Support Specialist to service one of our fortune 500 hospitality customers.

THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION
Wage Range: $22.00/hr to $24.00/hr

Duties include:

- Data entry work to build hotel room pricing info into central reservation system.
- Document, track, and provide updates on deployment progress for each customer site.
- Coordinate and monitor internal project processes.
- Develop documentation in support of the implementation process.
- Willingness to work across multiple projects as needed to ensure project success.
- Take direction and follow through with directives from the customer.
- Report progress to the customer.

Key Requirements:

- General IT skills including strong proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Strong proficiency in understanding hotel room pool and pricing.
- Strong attention to detail, including exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, show initiative, work in a team environment, and coordinate tasks.
- Basic understanding of Windows Operating Systems.
- Proficient in data entry.

Education/Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years of hotel operations experience required.
- Desire customer service and IT support experience (i.e. help desk functions).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly desired.
