We are hiring an IT Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, and support business-critical applications at Miller Pipeline. The role will provide end-user assistance to our employees by responding to phone, email, or chat requests for application specific issues in a timely, accurate fashion. They will be supporting the Finance, Field, and IT departments with creating accounts, maintaining and loading data for field use, and troubleshooting issues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships and earn the trust of the operations team.
  • Work closely with back office team members to maintain data and load content for field end users.
  • Create and maintain end user guides.
  • Install and configure appropriate software applications according to specifications.
  • Handle escalated on-prem technology issues originating from centralized support function.
  • Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.
  • Perform computer and server troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems.
  • Troubleshooting IT issues over the phone or in person.
  • Patience with non-technical users.
  • Collaborate within the IT team to improve overall user experience via processes change.
  • Support IT in other initiatives as needed.
  • Company-wide device rollouts and recycling initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years successful professional administration with various responsibilities.
  • Intermediate-level ability in Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to learn various other software programs or Web portals.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Team-oriented.
  • Rigorous attention to detail and research skills.
  • Excellent time-management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Information Technology or other related field.
  • 1-2 years successful professional administration with various responsibilities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
