Position SummaryCompany is seeking a high-performing Regional Business Development Manager to drive growth across multiple vertical markets, with a primary focus on Media & Entertainment and Creative industries.This is a hunter role focused on building new end-user relationships, expanding strategic accounts, and driving demand through channel partners. The ideal candidate will combine strong business development skills with technical aptitude and the ability to engage with technical decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities* Drive new business development across target markets, including Media & Entertainment, Creative, Financial Services, Command & Control, Utilities, and Security* Identify, develop, and close opportunities with new and existing end-user accounts* Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets* Build and execute a strategic territory plan aligned with company objectivesAccount & Relationship Management* Establish and grow relationships with technical decision-makers, influencers, and key stakeholders* Expand existing accounts by identifying new use cases and deployment opportunities* Position Company as a trusted advisor in mission-critical display solutionsChannel & Internal Collaboration* Drive end-user demand in partnership with channel resellers and distribution partners* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical support, customer service, and product management) to ensure successful customer outcomes* Provide market feedback and insights to support go-to-market strategyTechnical Engagement & Product Advocacy* Conduct product demonstrations, evaluations, and application support* Support product validation and certification processes within customer environments* Maintain deep knowledge of Company solutions and competitive landscape
TerritoryWestern United States: CA, AZ, NV, UT, CO, OR, WA, ID, WY, MT, ND, SD, NE* Preferred location: Southern California (remote/home office)* Travel requirement: Approximately 35%+
QualificationsRequired* Proven track record of success in business development or sales, including closing new business* Strong ability to build relationships with technical and business decision-makers* Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex solutions* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills* Experience managing a territory and working independently* Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office* High level of motivation, accountability, and results orientationPreferred* Experience selling into Media & Entertainment, Creative, or other target verticals* Background in display technology, imaging, or related technical solutions* Existing network within relevant industries (studios, post-production, broadcast, enterprise environments)* Experience working with channel partners or indirect sales models
What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)* Established relationships with key decision-makers across priority accounts* Built a strong and growing sales pipeline within the territory* Successfully executed product evaluations and customer deployments* Consistently met or exceeded revenue targets* Strengthened Company's presence in Media & Entertainment and adjacent markets
Education* Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
