What you will do
What you will do
As Lead Analyst, Global Project Portfolio Analytics you will play a key role in accelerating business outcomes by unlocking the value in our project and portfolio data through identifying, shaping and delivering business intelligence solutions for Kenvue's project portfolio (Innovation, Product Renovation, Operations led projects). You will enable better project, portfolio and investment decisions through building and maintaining a globally common set of impactful reports, dashboards and advanced analytics, providing the right data to the right audience at the right time and ensuring our central analytic capabilities evolve to match the changing needs of the organization while maturing our analytics capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Builds and publishes globally harmonized (Single Source of Truth), visually pleasing, insightful reports, dashboards and analytics for partners at all levels in Kenvue in support of KPI tracking, portfolio decision making and business outcome delivery.
- Proactively partners with Regional and Global Portfolio Managers, Project Managers, Functional leads, Business Leaders and Super Users to identify new data product opportunities and enhancements to existing data products to support changing business needs.
- Drives customer engagement through user friendly cross-functionally appropriate visualizations. Continually looks for opportunities to improve the customer experience and increase adoption.
- Expands portfolio analysis data capabilities through development of more advanced data analytics such as What-if and Scenario Planning. Stays abreast of best practices and trends in project portfolio management analytics, approaches, and tools.
- Maintains data products and process documentation. Develops and conducts training for improvements and new data products.
- Drives project data integrity and quality improvements through monitoring, compliance reporting and enforcement of minimal data and system standards.

What we are looking forRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant business experience, preferably in the Consumer Goods Industry, is required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with complex data sets, visual reporting development, including hands-on development of analytics dashboards in Excel VBA, Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau or similar platforms is required
- Minimum of 3 years of Project Portfolio Management experience is required preferably in a large, global company with complex project portfolios.
- Proven track record of identifying appropriate methods to collect, analyze and present impactful project portfolio data to a broad audience
- Strong business and financial acumen, with an understanding of financial principles and project evaluation methods such as Net Sales, NPV, and Margin, and how to use this knowledge to make recommendations to achieve business goals is required.
- Ability to operate in a complex environment and interact across multiple levels of organization, and lead discussions without line authority to build alignment across senior cross-functional partners is required.
- Must be comfortable with ambiguity and ongoing organizational change. Ability to act as a change agent and adapt quickly to changing business and organizational dynamics is required.
- Must be customer focused, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work collaboratively as part of a global team.
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant business experience, preferably in the Consumer Goods Industry, is required
- Experience with Enterprise Project and Portfolio management software such as Planisware, Planview, Project Server, Monday.com is preferred
- Experience managing Software vendors (contracts, POs)
- Experience translating business needs into user stories and minimal system requirements using Agile methodology is preferred.
- Experience in building and deploying new Project Portfolio Management analytic capabilities is preferred.

What's in it for youAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:
$127,075.00 - $179,400.00
This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
