We are seeking a talented Learning Designer to join our dynamic team for a temporary contract role. This position offers an exciting opportunity to create engaging digital learning experiences and contribute to a high-priority learning initiative.
Responsibilities

• Develop and design digital learning experiences using Articulate Rise and Storyline based on provided content and design direction.
• Create visually appealing and accessible learning materials that align with established design guidelines.
• Format and polish documents to enhance clarity and visual consistency.
• Manage localization workflows and ensure the accuracy of localized content.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of functionality and visual appeal.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Experience Designer to clarify requirements and receive feedback on projects.

Skills

• Excellent eye for visual design, layout, and brand consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with localization workflows and XLIFF file formats.
• Background in graphic design or related fields.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards for digital content.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for troubleshooting.
• Experience with motion graphics or illustration for enhancing learning materials.
