The Leave and Accommodations Coordinator 2 (On-site) serves as a senior-level resource in the administration of employee leave and accommodation programs. This role manages complex and sensitive leave cases under the Family and Medical Leave Act ("FMLA"), Military Leave, the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"), and the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act ("PWFA"), ensuring compliance with University policies and applicable laws. The Leave and Accommodations Coordinator 2 (H) provides guidance to junior staff, leads process improvement initiatives, and partners with internal stakeholders to resolve escalated issues and support strategic leave management. Key job responsibilities include but are not limited to: managing high-risk or complex leave cases; leading training and education efforts; analyzing leave data to identify trends and opportunities; and contributing to policy development and implementation.
