We are looking for skilled, professional, Licensed Practical Nurses whose teamwork and adaptability skills take it one step further. In this role you will be an integral part of our Developmental Disabilities Division and provide critical care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities at Beatrice State Developmental Center.

Licensed Practical Nurses will:

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care

• Receive professional and administrative supervision from Clinical RN and RN Supervisor

• Administer Medication and treatments to include Enteral (G-tube), medications/feedings

• Transcribe medical orders

• Electronic charting

PAY RATE: Starting pay rate: $40.00/hour for new hires. Additional $3/hour facility differential pay, plus additional shift differential pay.

SCHEDULE: Full-time position on 3rd shift

Requirements / Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications: A current license to practice as a licensed practical nurse in Nebraska or authority based on the Nurse Licensure Compact to practice as a licensed practical nurse in Nebraska is required.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Computer skills including electronic health record.

Other: Will consider candidates eligible for license within 3 months of application. Candidates must obtain license before start date.
