At Margaritaville, our Maintenance Engineers are the behind-the-scenes heroes who keep our island escape in shipshape condition. From fixing what's broken to preventing problems before they happen, you'll help ensure every guest enjoys a worry-free stay in paradise.
What You'll Do (Your Daily Escape Plan):

• Keep the resort running smoothly by maintaining, repairing, and inspecting hotel equipment, rooms, and public areas
  
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
  
• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid storms before they roll in
  
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests so guests stay relaxed and carefree
  
• Maintain the resort's laid-back look by keeping facilities safe, clean, and guest-ready
  
• Follow safety procedures and company standards-because paradise should always be safe
  
• Collaborate with other departments to keep operations sailing smoothly
  

Qualifications

• What We're Looking For (Your Island Tool Kit):
  • Previous maintenance or engineering experience in a hotel, resort, or similar environment preferred
    
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance systems
    
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a can-do, beach-positive attitude
    
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
    
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, climb, and move throughout the property
