Hours - 11:00 pm - 7:30 am

Pay - depending on skill level

Job Description:

• This position will be responsible for multiple tasks relating to trouble shooting, repair, fabrication, and preventive maintenance of all feed mill equipment.
• Troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
• Provide troubleshooting and repair of any mechanical malfunction.
• Prepare written documentation of actions taken to correct equipment problems.
• Responds to mechanical or electrical breakdowns and handle emergency situations.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to schedule.
• Complete appropriate paperwork and reports
• Must comply with lockout/ tagout, confined space, and all other safety programs.
• Must be able to perform mechanical and basic electrical trouble shooting and repairs.
• Able to perform diagnosis and repairs without supervision.
• Capable of starting all equipment before production startup and shutdown without supervision
• Ability to assist with other mechanics as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum 6 cumulative months industrial maintenance experience or equivalent training.
