As a Maintenance Technician II, you'll play a key role in maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of our facilities-ensuring that clients and staff experience a comfortable, well-cared-for environment every day. From repairing equipment to supporting facility upkeep, your work directly supports our mission to Inspire Hope. Promote Wellness.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, plunging toilets, assembling furniture, and conducting basic repairs.
- Maintain the appearance and functionality of offices, restrooms, showers, and grounds to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
- Assist in receiving, restocking, and tracking materials and supplies; notify appropriate staff of low inventory.
- Support occasional facility projects and repairs under the guidance of the maintenance supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold health, safety, and environmental standards across all areas of the facility.
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseHigh School Diploma or GED preferred
- At least three (3) years of experience in maintenance, carpentry, or a similar skilled trade preferred
- Skilled in at least one (1) trade preferred
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance methods and procedures preferred
- Familiarity with regulatory standards, safety requirements, and equipment operation preferred
- Working knowledge and ability to perform general building repair practices and methods preferred
- A valid driver's license at the time of hire required
