Meet the team:
Join our high-impact Commercial Finance team in a critical role supporting strategic decision making for our ~$4B U.S. prescription business. As a Commercial Finance Manager, you will translate complex commercial and financial data into actionable insights and range-based forecasts that inform leadership.
This role offers significant visibility, ownership, and influence. You will work hands-on with large datasets, build and refine forecasting and scenario models, and continuously improve the tools, data, and processes that underpin executive decision making. We are looking for a builder - someone who challenges the status quo, dives into the data, and raises the analytical bar for the team.
Where you come in:
- Serve as a strategic finance partner to Commercial leadership and cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Pricing, Supply Chain, and Analytics
- Own revenue forecasts for current and future product lines, inclusive of five-year projections
- Translate raw commercial and financial data into clear, concise insights that influence executive-level decisions
- Present forecast assumptions, scenarios, risks and opportunities with confidence and clarity
- Build, maintain, and enhance complex forecasting and scenario models, with a deep understanding of underlying drivers and assumptions
- Own end-to-end analytical workflows-from querying and validating large datasets to modeling outcomes and synthesizing insights; may require writing and/or maintaining queries (e.g. SQL or similar) to extract, join, and analyze data across multiple data sources
- In partnership with Analytics and Business Intelligence teams, diagnose data quality issues, reconcile inconsistencies, and proactively improve data reliability and analytical outputs
- Challenge legacy assumptions, tools, and workflows with a first-principles mindset and lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance forecast accuracy and efficiency
- Manage and develop team members by setting high analytical standards and coaching both structured problem solving and technical thinking
- Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement
What makes you successful: Analytical & Technical Capability
- Strong aptitude and track record of quickly learning new tools, systems, and data structures with minimal direction
- Advanced Excel skills with proven experience building robust, auditable financial and scenario models
- Demonstrated ability to independently analyze large, complex datasets and translate findings into business insights
- Hands-on experience querying data (e.g., SQL or similar) and working directly with databases, data warehouses, or analytics platforms
Business & Leadership Skills
- Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting, scenario modeling, and variance analysis
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity - framing the right questions, sourcing the right data, and building answers from the ground up
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners and gain alignment through data-driven

Travel Required: Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years of industry experience
- 2-5 years of previous management or lead experience
Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.

Salary:
$111,100.00 - $185,100.00
