Your Role:

In this role, responsibilities include but not limited to; ideal candidates will have some experience in the manufacture and purification of organometallics and organosilanes.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with hazardous materials and safety protocols.

• Experience with process scale-up and optimization.
• Experience in a chemical plant.
• Basic understanding of chemical reactions and hazards.
• Excellent safety record and desire to always improve safety.
• Knowledge of quality systems and ISO compliance.
• Experience using forklift.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Pay Range for this position: $25/hour - $38/hour
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
