If you are a licensed clinician with supervisory experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for supporting crisis response teams, we invite you to join our team as a Mobile Crisis Triage Supervisor. In this role, you'll provide leadership, coordination, and clinical oversight for BHN's Adult and Youth Mobile Crisis Intervention Teams.

What You'll Do:

As a Triage Supervisor, you will oversee a team of Triage Clinicians and ensure a rapid, compassionate response to individuals in crisis by managing the flow of crisis calls and ensuring appropriate assignments of mobile assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a team of Bachelor 's-level Triage Counselors.
• Manage and coordinate incoming crisis assessment requests across AMCI and YMCI teams.
• Monitor the phone dashboard, mobile team movement, and call quality during shifts.
• Assign crisis staff to cases based on triage guidelines and shift needs.
• Provide real-time oversight and leadership to ensure shift productivity.
• Ensure mobile assessments are prioritized and promptly assigned.
• Collaborate with internal departments including Central Intake, Co-Response Supervisors, and MCI staff.
• Model professionalism, teamwork, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Maintain communication with leadership and participate in supervision and quality assurance initiatives.

What You'll Bring:

• Master's Degree in a mental health-related field (required).
• LICSW or LMHC licensure (required).
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience (required).
• Expertise in clinical triage, crisis intervention, and de-escalation techniques.
• Excellent time management, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with Recovery-Oriented models and community-based behavioral health services.
• Ability to lead diverse teams, make timely decisions, and maintain a calm, solution-focused presence.
