What You'll Do
As a key leader on our Commercial Sales team, you will:
- Build, coach, and motivate a high-performing team of Field Sales Executives
- Own team performance, ensuring achievement of revenue targets, KPIs, and quality standards
- Hire, train, and continuously develop your team to maximize performance and retention
- Partner with each executive to create business plans, sales strategies, and territory approaches
- Lead from the front by working alongside your team and reinforcing best practices
- Utilize Salesforce to manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and drive data-informed decisions
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer success
- Identify and implement best practices that improve team productivity and outcomes

What You BringWe're looking for a leader who is both strategic and hands-on:
- 5+ years of success in telecommunications or B2B sales (Enterprise/GEM)
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing sales teams
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and exceed targets
- Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience using Salesforce or CRM tools for forecasting and performance tracking
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action
Work Environment
- Regular travel within your market to support your team and meet customers
- Combination of field-based leadership and office collaboration
- Active, hands-on role supporting real-time sales execution
