Job Summary of the Multimedia Graphic Designer and Video Editor The
Multimedia Graphic Designer & Video Editor develops graphic design assets, video content, and motion graphics that strengthen Axogen's visual storytelling and support the evolution of our marketing and communication efforts. Through a blend of design expertise and multimedia production skills, this role helps enhance Axogen's impact across digital and traditional channels, creating compelling content that helps advance customer engagement, physician education, and key market development initiatives.
Requirements of the Multimedia Graphic Designer and Video Editor - 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing or related field preferably within healthcare, medical device, biotech, or similarly regulated industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic design, Multimedia Communications, Digital Media, or related field
or equivalent professional experience. - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, and related production software.
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing both graphic design, video editing and motion graphic expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent projects, meet deadlines, and deliver polished, brand aligned work.
- Strong storytelling skills with a high attention to detail, accuracy, and emotional impact.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, medical affairs, and education teams.
- Ability to work independently, make decisions on location, and adapt quickly to changing conditions during shoots.
Responsibilities of the Multimedia Graphic Designer and Video Editor The specific duties of the Multimedia Graphic Designer and Video Editor include but are not limited to:
Graphic Design -
- Produce digital and print design assets including social media graphics, internal communications, email graphics, sales collateral, and event materials.
- Support senior designers by assisting with layout, resizing, formatting, and adapting existing designs.
- Prepare production-ready files with proper specifications for print and digital.
- Source, edit, and organize images, icons, and other design elements.
- Help maintain Axogen' s visual identity by following established brand standards and using approved templates.
- Participate in creative brainstorming and contribute visual ideas.
- Create polished digital and print assets including social graphics, email banners, landing page visuals, sales collateral, infographics, presentations, event materials, and internal communication pieces.
- Adapt and extend Axogen' s visual identity across multiple channels while ensuring consistency in typography, color, hierarchy, and brand tone.
- Support development of new templates, iconography, diagrams, and visual systems to improve team efficiency and maintain cohesion in design output.
Video Editing and Motion Graphics -
- Edit existing and raw footage into polished, cohesive, and compelling final products, utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, and related software.
- Add compelling visual elements such as motion graphics, b-roll, titles, lower-thirds and animations to support storytelling and clarify complex medical information.
- Perform audio editing, mixing, add voiceovers, and music.
- Edit and optimize existing video content to meet current needs and platforms.
- Deliver videos in appropriate formats for web, social media, internal systems, and presentations.
- Maintain consistency in quality, tone, and branding across all video outputs, ensuring strict adherence to established brand guidelines.
- Organize, manage, and back up footage and final assets within the internal video library, ensuring secure handling and storage of sensitive content per company policies.
- Willingness to participate in on-location filming and pre-production planning and storyboarding as needed.

Salary Range
$84,190 - $105,237 USD
Axogen follows healthcare system guidelines with respect to credentialing, vaccinations and other employment/compliance related requirements, as well as CDC guidance. Axogen reserves the right to amend its policies from time to time in its sole discretion.
