Program Manager -Onsite will support and deliver relationship management and account oversight of AMN's Managed Services Department by encouraging successful client relationships and collaborating with internal and external partners to craft and implement account strategies!
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and assist the expansion of Managed Services Program (MSP) client relationships to increase utilization of AMN services, cross-sell AMN services, and review and share standard processes across clients.
- Review and interpret contractual terms to keep internal partners and clients educated about contractual obligations and handle changes in the scope of Statements of Work.
- Build and submit reports to communicate activity and strategy development.
- Participate in developing and communicating customized Business Reviews to clients to communicate the overall efficiency of the relationship between AMN and the client.
- Communicate strategic account management information and progress-to-goals to AMN executive leadership through presentations, reports, and meetings to maintain accountability, set goals, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.
- Achieve annual revenue goals.
- Influence and advise the client at key decision points to ensure a successful outcome.
- Identify, analyze, interpret, and present trends relevant to the business and objectives.
- Help facilitate and lead key strategic meetings with clients to achieve the above objectives, outlining the client's key opportunities.
- Work with the Senior Director to develop and deliver compelling presentations to educate clients on services and influence decision-makers.
QualificationsEducation & Years of Experience
- Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience
Additional Experience
- Prior experience supporting a sales team
- Prior experience building and managing sales programs
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
- Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate$68,500 - $85,500 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
