As an Operations Supervisor, you aren't just managing a schedule; you are the heartbeat of our Gainesville facility. You will lead a dedicated team of drivers and technicians who keep our community running. What You'll Do

• Build Your Crew: Own the full lifecycle of your team-from interviewing and hiring to training and mentoring. You don't just fill seats; you build a culture of accountability.
  
• Drive Excellence: Monitor daily route completions and resolve "boots-on-the-ground" challenges in real-time. You are the primary problem-solver for our customers and our drivers.

• Master the Logistics: Navigate CDL regulations, vehicle inspections, and driver logs with precision to ensure we remain the most professional fleet on the road.

• Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Associates or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  
• Tech Savant: You're a wizard with routing software, GPS tracking, and fleet management systems.
