Operations Support Associate

This entry-level Operations Support role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting the order process from start to finish while learning from a collaborative, high-energy team.
What You'll Do
- Support order execution from placement through customer payment
- Identify issues in automated order processes and help resolve exceptions
- Assist with shipment tracking, inventory reconciliation, invoicing, and pricing updates
- Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment
- Deliver excellent customer service through proactive, professional communication
- Support operational KPIs and participate in process improvement efforts
What We're Looking ForRequired
- High school diploma or GED
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule availability, including some weekends
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Process-driven mindset and interest in continuous improvement

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Location: 100% onsite (Eden Prairie area)
