Operations Support Associate

Entry Level | Full-Time | Onsite

Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to build a career in operations or supply chain? This entry-level Operations Support role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting the order process from start to finish while learning from a collaborative, high-energy team.
What You'll Do

• Support order execution from placement through customer payment
• Identify issues in automated order processes and help resolve exceptions
• Assist with shipment tracking, inventory reconciliation, invoicing, and pricing updates
• Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment
• Deliver excellent customer service through proactive, professional communication
• Support operational KPIs and participate in process improvement efforts

What We're Looking For

Required

• High school diploma or GED
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule availability, including some weekends

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Process-driven mindset and interest in continuous improvement

Role Details

• Pay: $24.66/hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Location: 100% onsite (Eden Prairie area)
