Role Summary
This position requires a highly skilled Oracle HCM Techno/Functional Specialist to provide technical support, development, and maintenance for Oracle E-Business Suite modules (R12.2.10). The role involves collaborating with business users, implementing customizations, supporting upgrades, and ensuring optimal system functionality within a dynamic project environment. The position is critical for supporting Oracle HCM modules such as HR, Payroll, OTL, OAB, Learning Management, and Compensation Workbench, ensuring system performance and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and support Oracle E-Business Suite HCM modules, including HR, Payroll, OTL, OAB, and Absence Management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements, translating them into clear specifications.
- Execute change management tasks in compliance with SOX controls and project delivery standards.
- Support system upgrades, particularly the Oracle R12.2.15 upgrade project.
- Utilize industry-standard project management practices to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design, testing, and user documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle applications and development tools.
- Conduct testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure system integrity.
- Participate in team meetings, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Stay updated on Oracle HCM best practices, industry trends, and available tools to enhance system functionality.
Qualifications - Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited 4-year university or 15+ years of relevant industry or technical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite HCM modules such as HR, Payroll, OTL, OAB, and Workflow.
- At least 3 years of experience working with Oracle Learning Management (OLM) and Compensation Workbench (CWB).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle development tools including Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Web-ADI, Workflow, and SQL Loader.
- Proficiency in Toad, SQL*Plus, and UNIX environment.
- Extensive experience with Payroll, OAB, and OTL Fast Formulas for at least 5 years.
- Strong understanding of OTL time entry rules, with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
- Demonstrated experience with Oracle R12.2 platform and system upgrades.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willing to work onsite at the corporate office in Houston, TX.
Publishing Pay Range: $81.00 - $82.00 Hourly
This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
