OT Cybersecurity Analyst

We are seeking an experienced OT Cybersecurity Analyst to support a large-scale cybersecurity initiative. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely and make a significant impact in enhancing cybersecurity measures across operational technology environments.
Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive OT cybersecurity site assessments across various industrial environments.
• Evaluate operational technology systems for vulnerabilities and compliance gaps.
• Document current-state architectures and security controls within OT environments.
• Identify and analyze risks against established cybersecurity standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop remediation strategies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare detailed assessment reports and executive summaries for stakeholders.
• Stay informed on emerging threats and industry trends related to OT cybersecurity.

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity or industrial network security.
• Proficient in conducting cybersecurity assessments and identifying vulnerabilities.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA systems, and relevant networking protocols.
• Excellent documentation and technical reporting abilities.
• Effective communication skills for engaging with both technical and operational stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in sectors such as manufacturing, energy, or critical infrastructure.
• Familiarity with OT cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including NIST and ISA/IEC.
• Relevant certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, or Security+ are advantageous.
• Knowledge of industrial asset discovery and monitoring tools.
