Summary of the role

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where your ideas and contributions will be valued and respected.

• Packages materials according to pre-set instructions (ISO Procedures and BOM) within established quality and time standards and is responsible for accurate data entry.
• Operates equipment required for filling, labeling, and boxing solder paste, flux and other fluids.
• Performs in-line quality inspections as required.
• Maintains proper 6S practices and use of personal protective equipment.
• Records accurate data.
• Contributes to the success of the team by submitting improvement ideas, identifying potential problems, providing feedback on new methods or method changes, and displaying a positive, cooperative attitude in working with others.
• Adherence to safety policies.
• Individual must be willing to cross train in other areas and perform in those areas when needed.
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months related experience and/or training.

• Basic math skills.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Ability to work with others in a team environment.

Ability to follow detailed work instructions

Other duties as assigned.
