Job Description:

Level: Entry (0-2 years)
Focus: Packaging Engineering Support
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and improving packaging solutions
• Conduct basic data analysis and research for packaging projects
• Work with suppliers for materials, samples, and cost estimates
• Ensure compliance with packaging regulations and quality standards
• Support cross-functional teams and continuous improvement initiatives

Must-Have Skills:

• Bachelor's in Packaging or any Engineering field
• Basic analytical skills and familiarity with engineering concepts
• Good communication and ability to work independently
• Open to recent graduates

Summary Insight:

• Best for freshers/junior candidates
• Execution + support-heavy role (not design ownership)
• Exposure to packaging, quality, and systems

Pay Range: $30 to $32.57 per hour.
