Hillyard, Inc. is currently taking applications for Sales Service Support for our Business Development team in Atlanta, GA.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who wants to assist in efforts to continuously improve cleaning procedures and practices in compliance with the Cleaning Industry Management Standard.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities:

• Help create, plan, and deliver custodial training for customer accounts.
• Visit customer sites regularly to check cleanliness and support custodial staff training.
• Install custodial chemical dispensing equipment at customer facilities.
• Maintain dispensing systems by replacing parts (tips, hoses, backflow preventers) as needed or yearly.
• Keep customers updated on new products and any changes to existing ones.
• Respond to all service requests from customer accounts.
• Assist with monthly custodial training meetings.
• Carry out and record preventive maintenance work.
• Prepare materials and lead annual safety training on Bloodborne Pathogens and Hazard Communication.
• Perform cleaning cost analyses for new schools or building additions.
• Support the finishing and maintenance of VCT flooring in new schools and additions.

Qualifications Include:

• High School Diploma, or GED
• Experience in a related field.
