Duties/Responsibilities:

• Pulls parts and labels them correctly.
• Organizes and prioritizes parts pick up & deliveries.
• Receives and checks in parts.
• Create, process and manage purchase orders, sales orders and work orders using company computer systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely updates in the system.
• Verify order accuracy, pricing and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure parts availability and timely delivery.
• Monitor stock levels, perform inventory counts and assist with reordering as needed.
• Assists in keeping the Service Center clean and organized.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to learn and efficiently operate company specific programs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and team work abilities.
• This job requires stooping, bending, climbing, and the capability of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Incumbent must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record, since employee will be driving company owned vehicle and will be covered under corporate insurance which has strict coverage requirements.
• Must be able to follow directions for deliveries to customers throughout our territory.
• Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) Card.
• Must be detail oriented and self-motivated.
• Must maintain a good appearance for the company. Will be visiting customers for parts delivery.

Education and Experience:

• High School Graduate or GED Equivalent
