Responsibilities

• Utilize PeopleSoft 9.2 to extract and analyze data, ensuring it meets business requirements.
• Develop and tailor reports for business users, focusing on accuracy and clarity.
• Collaborate with users to understand their reporting needs and provide actionable insights.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data retrieval and reporting issues within PeopleSoft.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize data.
• Streamline data processing tasks and automate report generation using Excel Automation tools.
• Integrate PeopleSoft data with Power BI and Excel for comprehensive analytics solutions.
• Identify and implement process automation opportunities to enhance operations.
• Conduct data analysis to uncover trends and improve processes.
• Maintain a respectful and professional work environment.

Skills

• Proficiency in PeopleSoft 9.2 and Power BI.
• Experience with Excel Automation tools like Power Query and VBA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in process improvement tools and software.
• Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in process improvement.
