Job Summary:

Provides comprehensive physical therapy services to the patient by assessing, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs. Participates in varied department activities designed to enhance patient care and programs within Rehabilitation Services. Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

Relevant inpatient/outpatient experience is preferred.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited training program is required.

LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:

State of Wisconsin Physical Therapist Assistant Licensure is required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
