Shift: Shift 1

Shift Details: Combination of weekday and weekend program (4 weekend shifts per month) to equal 40 hours/week, Tuesday-Friday 8:00a-4:30p. Holidays: One per year.

Job Summary:

Acute Care Physical Therapist, with Weekend Program Incentive.

The Physical Therapist provides comprehensive physical therapy services to the patient by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs. The therapist also participates in varied Rehabilitation Services department activities designed to enhance patient care and programs. Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required.
LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:

Wisconsin state license as a Physical Therapist is required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
