Salary Range:
This compensation range considers a wide range of factors, including, but not limited to, skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate is not adjusted for geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled. At One Call, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

JOB SUMMARY: Uses predictive modeling, trend analysis, and other data analysis techniques to collect, explore, and identify the right data to be analyzed from internal and external sources to create actionable customer facing deliverables. Constructs algorithms to explain or predict customer behavior and solve a variety of business problems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop distribution ready reports, analyses, and presentation on book of business as well as individual clients or departments.
- Work closely with Sales Team to meet client data reporting needs.
- Builds predictive models using data, tests the model on results outside of the sample size and verifies the model in the real world.
- Manipulate, merge, and mine large and complex data sets (structured and unstructured) from diverse sources to drive appropriate business actions based upon solid evidence.
- Serves as an expert in synthesizing data, creating storylines in strategy presentations for review.
- Provides data-based strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities.
- Determines relevant quantitative methods for solving client issues.
- Create and maintain insightful automated dashboards and data visualizations to track key business metrics.
- Report Automation- works independently or with IT to publish self-service reports based on client needs/requests.
- Proactive and effective interaction with other internal groups (Marketing, Sales, Operations) throughout One Call.
- Develops and maintains documentation templates and standards for documentation of data extraction and output specification, reports, and other requirements.
- Proactively identifies and addresses scalability and performance bottlenecks to support data volume.
- Evaluates and improves internal tools and processes.
- Projects may include testing strategy development for marketing initiatives, supporting product lifecycle decisions, evaluating product utilization, etc.
- If working with federal government contract clients, an employee is required to receive federal government clearance for handling sensitive information. Employees are also required to receive annual security awareness training.
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance preferred or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: - Knowledge of One Call's products and services.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and provide validation of results.
- Musit possess strong understanding of internal business segments (Stakeholders) and may require presentation skills.
- Experience in working with large-sale business datasets. Proficiency in SQL, Python and/or Snowflake.
- Ability to translate complex analysis into client-facing presentations that clearly demonstrate the value or projected value of One Call's programs and products.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Demonstrated experience and ability to lead cross-functional projects and develop organizational metrics.
- Proven ability to work successfully in a team and take leadership in solving difficult situations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT: - This position will be performed in the colleague's home. Work-from-home requirements include the colleague's ability to set up computer equipment within their home office. Occasional in-person team meetings may be required depending on the position.
- This job is primarily sedentary and may involve repetitive motions; the colleague must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time, operate a computer and other office equipment, assess information and files stored electronically, and converse/exchange accurate information with others, simultaneously.
- The colleague must be able to discern text displayed on a monitor, input data into specific fields using a keyboard, and adjust focus to distances of up to three feet.
- The colleague must have the ability to learn new tasks, follow established processes, maintain focus, complete tasks independently, complete multiple tasks simultaneously, communicate professionally with colleagues and customers, and complete tasks in situations that have a speed or productivity requirement.
- The colleague must be able to manage moderate to significant mental stress as a result of, but not limited to, a dynamic and heavy workload.

Product Analyst Lead Expert professional role requiring extensive knowledge of the business. Works independently with only administrative supervision on highly complex projects with extensive latitude for independent judgment. Supervises and mentors less experienced peers providing direction and training. Leads project meetings and effectively communicates with all levels of personnel. Approves monthly trend analysis reporting to senior management and develops, implements and documents process/system improvements. Develops, documents and implements standards, guidelines, direction and Education on process/procedures for staff.
