What You'll Do
- Supervise and coordinate production operations for the assigned shift to ensure safety, quality, and production goals are achieved.
- Manage shift operations to maximize capacity, minimize downtime, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Serve as the primary safety contact for the shift by identifying hazards, addressing incidents, and escalating concerns as needed.
- Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Inventory Control, and Production leadership to support sanitation, food safety, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor HACCP and GMP compliance and ensure accurate completion of all production-related documentation.
- Lead, train, and oversee shift employees, including hiring, scheduling, performance management, and daily work direction.
What You'll Bring
- One or more years of supervisory experience.
- Manufacturing experience required, with food manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with sound judgment.
- Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred and demonstrated competencies in integrity, accountability, reliability, cooperation, and initiative.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Regular standing, walking, reaching, climbing stairs and ladders, bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to push or pull sizeable equipment and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Required use of personal protective equipment including respirators, hearing protection, eye protection, and head protection.
- Ability to work in dusty, cold, hot, humid, wet, loud, or outdoor environments depending on the assigned area.
- Primarily production-based work with minimal administrative duties, and the ability to meet all physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.
