Volt is immediately hiring for Production Warehouse Workers in Danville, KY.

We are hiring dependable and motivated Production Warehouse Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse and production operations, including assembling products, packaging materials, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate can work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, follow safety and quality standards, operate warehouse equipment as needed, and lift up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this position. Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

As a Production Warehouse Worker, you will:

• Pick, pack, and sort products accurately to fulfill customer orders.
• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
• Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Meet or exceed daily production, quality, and attendance goals.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient operations.

This is a full-time opportunity.

1st Shift: 7:00AM - 3:30PM (Monday - Friday)

2nd Shift: 4:00PM-12:30AM (Sunday-Thursday)

The ideal candidate will have:

• Have previous warehouse, production, manufacturing, or logistics experience (preferred but not required).
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy when picking, packing, and processing inventory.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Be dependable, punctual, and maintain a strong work ethic.
• Follow safety procedures and prioritize workplace safety at all times.
• Be comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Pay Rate: $15.75 - $17.70 per hour DOE

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
