Since 1938, BHN has been committed to providing high-quality, affordable, and culturally responsive behavioral health care-and we're looking for an experienced Program Director to lead our Developmental Services Program in Holyoke, MA.
What You'll Do
As the Program Director, you'll provide leadership and oversight to ensure high-quality, person-centered care for individuals with developmental disabilities. You'll manage program operations, support staff development, and collaborate with leadership to align resources and goals.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Attends all required meetings including Monthly Clinical meeting, Contract Meeting, weekly area-based Staff Meetings, Monthly All Supervisor Staff Meetings, Human Rights Committee meeting as scheduled, and Residential Operations Meeting as invited.
- Participates in Health Care /Clinical Care Management review and ensures all identified follow up is completed.
- May be required to work shifts at sites if need arises.
- Perform On Call duties on the Program Director rotation.
- Performs other tasks as requested by VP of Residential Services.

Who You Are - High School diploma or GED And 5 years of experience in DS Residential Support (required). Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience (required)
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Commitment to client empowerment, human rights, and community integration (required)
