We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Director to lead our Developmental Services Program in Holyoke, MA. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader with a background in developmental services who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centered care for individuals with developmental disabilities.

What You'll Do: As Program Director for Developmental Services, you will provide leadership and oversight to ensure high-quality, person-centered care for individuals with developmental disabilities, managing program operations and supporting staff development.
Responsibilities include:
- Attend all required meetings including Monthly Clinical, Contract, weekly Staff, Monthly All Supervisor, Human Rights Committee, and Residential Operations meetings
- Participate in Health Care and Clinical Care Management reviews and ensure all identified follow-up is completed
- Support staff development and collaborate with leadership to align resources and program goals
- Perform On Call duties on the Program Director rotation
- Work shifts at program sites as needed
- Complete additional tasks as requested by the VP of Residential Services
What You'll Need: - High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in DS Residential Support required
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience required
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Commitment to client empowerment, human rights, and community integration
