This role helps coordinate requests from initial submission through execution readiness, while also supporting project-based work tied to inventory and break/fix coordination.
Responsibilities

- Manage incoming requests from submission through readiness for execution, helping ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Identify missing details, dependencies, and potential risks early in the process.
- Follow up with internal partners, vendors, and technology owners to gather inputs and move work forward.
- Document project requirements, timing, status updates, and scope changes using Smartsheet tools and forms.
- Support communication and task tracking across multiple teams, including technology, business, sourcing, field, and construction partners.
- Help maintain visibility into open items, blockers, and next steps, and escalate issues when needed.
- Assist with project coordination related to inventory support and break/fix work in partnership with a separate support team.
- Use collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Slack, Confluence, and JIRA as part of daily work.
Skills - Experience coordinating projects or operational work in a technology, infrastructure, or deployment environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in hybrid or in-person settings.
- Ability to ask thoughtful questions, clarify ambiguous requests, and turn information into action.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tracking tasks, risks, and dependencies.
- Comfort working across a variety of stakeholders and maintaining momentum in a complex environment.
- Ability to work independently while following direction from senior project leadership.
Preferred Skills - Familiarity with hardware and physical technology deployments.
- Exposure to network equipment, structured cabling, servers, telephony, surveillance systems, retail technology, or power infrastructure.
- Experience supporting SmartSheet portal creation, reports, or task lists.
- Working knowledge of Confluence and JIRA.
- Experience collaborating with procurement, field teams, sourcing partners, or construction-related partners.
