Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Global Regulatory Services team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to important regulatory submissions while collaborating with various teams across the organization.
Responsibilities

• Manage and track the status of EU MDR and international regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate administrative activities and maintain accurate records across multiple teams.
• Create metrics and reports to measure the progress of submissions.
• Establish and nurture relationships with international regulatory and business unit affiliates.
• Provide regular status updates and communications to ensure timely submissions.
• Train international affiliates on proper system usage and documentation.

Skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities for accurate documentation and reporting.
• Proficient in tracking and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Quality, Regulatory, or Biomedical fields is advantageous.
• Experience with medical devices is a plus but not mandatory.
