Overview: ACS Professional Staffing is looking for an employee to work on-site with our client. This Project Coordinator III will plan, coordinate, and execute integrated schedule and cost strategies for large, complex projects while supporting project managers with scope development, analysis, and controls. The role will monitor cost, schedule, risk, and performance metrics; manage budgets, invoicing, and reporting; and support governance, EVMS compliance, and risk management activities. This position requires strong project planning, analytical, and organizational skills, experience with cost and schedule control, and proficiency with project management tools such as Power BI.
This full-time position is located in Richland, Washington.
Pay rate: $52.33 - $68.88

Responsibilities: - Plan, develop, and implement integrated schedule and cost strategies for large, complex, multi disciplinary projects
- Coordinate, track, and execute project schedules and cost estimates to support nuclear development initiatives
- Provide technical direction, challenge assumptions, and support project managers in developing project scope, schedules, and cost estimates
- Perform detailed project analysis, monitoring, and control of cost, schedule, scope, risk, and performance metrics
- Monitor and report project schedule, scope, and cost changes to project managers and leadership in a timely manner
- Support delivery of the Integrated Project Assurance Initiative, including centralized project management and reporting dashboards
- Coordinate with contractors to implement and maintain Power BI dashboards for real time project health reporting
- Serve as the primary coordination point between contractors and EN to ensure effective task management and communication
- Assist with rewriting governance policies and procedures to align with current EN standards
- Organize and support meetings, including agendas, minutes, action items, and proactive follow up communications
- Interface with internal departments (IS, Supply Chain, Contracts, Records Management, and others) to support project execution
- Support project teams with data gathering, analysis, and research to enable informed decision making
- Track project budgets, monitor cost versus budget, and ensure invoicing and accruals comply with contract requirements
- Support enterprise risk management processes, including risk identification, mitigation documentation, and committee reviews
- Communicate EVMS compliance and training requirements across organizations
- Provide administrative and technical project support as assigned
- Manage and coordinate work performed by external consultants
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field with 3 years of experience in a technical field OR
- Associate degree in Project Management, Business, or a related technical field with 5 years of experience OR
- High School Diploma/GED with 7 years of experience in a technical field
- Experience supporting project planning, scheduling, estimating, and cost control for complex projects
- Knowledge of project management principles, governance processes, and work management systems
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple work activities to meet project milestones
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills based on factual data and sound judgment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience tracking budgets, managing invoicing, and supporting contract and accrual processes
- Familiarity with enterprise risk management processes and EVMS concepts
- Proficiency with standard computer and project management tools
- Ability to develop cost benefit analyses to support project options
- Understanding of applicable technical specifications, codes, and standards
- PMI certification (PMP or CAPM) preferred
- Experience with project management, budgeting, and reporting software, including Power BI
- Experience with Asset Suite and Microsoft Office applications preferred
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work as a self starter
