Job Summary
Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a full time Project Lead to support our National Pipe & Plastics team. As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for all functions of sales support from order entry to shipment of products. Responsibilities will include but not limited to entering orders, tracking jobs between lead creation and PO Acceptance, reviewing of sales orders to ensure accuracy, verbal and written communications with customers, and coordinating shipments.

- This job is based out of our office/plant in Endicott, NY.
Job Responsibilities - Manage shipping calendar and active open order listings
- Process customer sales orders and vendor purchase orders in an efficient and timely manner through ERP operating system.
- Maintain current accurate records in CRM and ERP systems, with the ability to produce detailed reports and provide timely status updates and details.
- Stay apprised of project related communications from RSMs, customers and/or precasters to maintain clear communication and expectations with all parties.
- Track product components to maintain required inventory levels.
- Receive material physically and electronically.
- Communicate with necessary parties to address and resolve delays. Create and ship assembly kits to vendors.
- Conduct a final review of sales orders, prints and component information for accuracy prior to placing into productions.
- Generate vendor purchase orders for all components required to produce and supply the stormwater treatment systems.
- Perform duties in accordance with all relevant legislation in particular the Health and Safety at Work Act.
- Other duties which the company may reasonably require the individual to undertake with key internal stakeholders and partners at all plants and offices

Job Requirements - 4-year degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with cloud-based CRM & ERP systems and databases.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, AX and other software preferred.
- Related experience or demonstrated knowledge, skills and abilities to perform logistics related tasks and management and tracking of shipments and services.
- Basic understanding of the construction industry and of state and municipal organization structures with the ability to read and understand construction, drainage and utility drawings and plan sets preferred.

Job Compensation - Base salary range of $80,000-90,000 per year
